These Terms of Use govern your access to ILY Sign, operated by AGENTS CO., LTD. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

ILY Sign provides software to remotely manage content on digital displays (including TV apps, desktop apps, web players, and other supported devices). Fleet plans may include account, sub-account, and branch management so organizations can separate locations and assign access. We do not sell proprietary physical signage players. Features and platform availability may change as we ship apps.

Accounts & acceptable use

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not abuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt other customers.
• You are responsible for content shown on your displays and for complying with local advertising and employment laws.

Plans & billing

Paid packs (Shop, Store, Fleet), optional add-ons (such as Data Boost and Live Sync on Shop/Store), and the Free tier are billed or limited according to the prices and allowances shown at purchase and on the Pricing page. Packs include transfer, storage, and sync options (Manual Sync, scheduled remote checks, and Live Sync where included) rather than a hard screen-count seat license. Refunds and cancellations are covered in our Refund & Cancellation policy.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and deliver that content to your devices to operate the Service. ILY Sign software, branding, and documentation remain ours or our licensors’.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. AGENTS CO., LTD. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for display downtime caused by your devices, networks, or third-party app stores.
