Shop and Store are built for a single location. Multi-store teams need Fleet — so each branch can run its own screens while headquarters stays in control.
Fleet parent account
One company account owns the fleet. Create branches (stores) under it, each with its own screens, playlists, and day-to-day operators.
Branch login
When someone signs in for a branch, they see that branch only — their screens and content — and can manage them independently without touching other locations.
Super admin
Super admins see all branches. Grant people access to one store or several — regional managers can span multiple locations without giving everyone full fleet access.
Free forever (after trial)
Unlimited screens* on Free. Your first screen has no watermark. Every additional free screen shows a small ILY Sign logo (corner of the display). Free includes Manual Sync (close & reopen the player to pick up content — not remote) or remote checks once a month, once a week, or once a day, with about 250 MB of new transfers per month and about 150 MB of library storage. Need Live Sync, more transfer, or logo-free screens everywhere? Choose a pack. The estimator below will recommend Free when your sliders fit.
How it works
1. Screens stay unlimited*
No per-screen seat fee. Packs are priced for fleets around 500 screens; Manual Sync plus your transfer limits is what actually caps a huge fleet.
2. Devices cache your files
Players keep assets locally. Transfer is used when you publish new or changed files to screens.
3. Choose how screens sync
Manual Sync — close & reopen the app to pick up content (not remote). Or pick a scheduled remote check. Live Sync checks every minute.
4. Pack first, then add-ons
Sync speed and transfer pick Shop, Store, or Fleet. Live Sync is included on Fleet; on Shop & Store it’s an add-on. Need more transfer? Stack Data Boosts.
Add-ons
Data Boosts add monthly transfer when you publish more new or replaced files than your pack includes. Screens only download what changed — unchanged cached files don’t use the boost. Estimates below use ~1 MB images, ~25 MB short videos (15–30s), and ~80 MB longer clips.

Otherwise we try every valid pack + Live Sync + Data Boost combo and suggest the lowest total price that meets your sync speed and transfer (even if that means Live Sync on Shop instead of Fleet).
