Trials

New accounts may receive a free trial (typically 30 days) as advertised at signup. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated by the store or billing provider you used.

• App Store / Google Play purchases: cancel in the store’s subscription settings.
• Direct web billing (when available): cancel from account settings or email [email protected].

Refunds

Store-billed subscriptions are subject to Apple and Google refund rules. For direct billing, contact [email protected] within 14 days of a charge if you believe you were billed in error. Annual plans are generally non-refundable after the first 14 days except where required by law.

Plan changes

Upgrades take effect when payment succeeds. Downgrades that reduce screen limits apply at the next renewal; you may need to remove players to stay within the new limit.
